Maintain the Labor management & Engineered Standards Program for the Distribution centers
-Develops standards for new operations
-Monitors accuracy of installed standards on continuous basis
-Collect data, hold meetings with supervisors and employees, update labor management systems to new standards, maintain all records of time studies or other data to change studies,
-Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems
-Labor Management Systems, required knowledge of warehouse design, material handling equipment and storage media technologies, pick methodology, work measurement, labor management,
-Lead the solution development, cost benefit analysis and implementation of distribution improvement opportunities.
-Responsible for coaching and developing the Continuous Improvement Technicians.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, identify root causes and-drivers, strong strong communication skills (written and verbal)
-Capable of collecting, assimilating and validating relevant business/operating information
-Knowledge Knowledge of velocity, inventory, and cube analysis
-Experience with Lean/Six Sigma tools to help improve supply chain efficiencies.
Requires a Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Analysis, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field and 3-5+ years experience as an Industrial Engineer with distribution Warehouse experience.

Ability to lead others to a consensus and influence change. Capable of collecting, assimilating and validating relevant business/operating information Comfortable working in a team environment, displays a customer-focused approach, seeks continuous improvement in serving internal and external customers Knowledge of velocity, inventory, and cube analysis Candidate will leverage a continuous improvement mindset and experience with Lean/Six Sigma tools to help improve supply chain efficiencies. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manual Ability to write routine reports and correspondence Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- PROB-SOLV, ROOT-CAUSE, CON-IMP, LEAN MFG, 6 SIGMA, AUTO 2&4, WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), LMS (Labor Management Systems)
Prior supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
